Our family room was a wonderful surprise. It was spacious, filled with natural light, and had high ceilings with stunning farmland views. It felt like a home away from home, making our stay even more special.

As I savoured these dishes, I found myself completely immersed in the beauty of the landscape. It was a perfect setting to think and work.
The evening menu continued the culinary journey with locally sourced charcuterie, garden-to-table pizzas and pasta, and exquisite breakfast offerings. Paired with a curated wine list, local craft beers, and signature cocktails, every bite celebrated flavour.
A visit to Baie-Saint-Paul would be incomplete without an evening at Le Germain. Every meal there is crafted with passion and precision.
